It is a fast and secure way to make a payment. When you place an order, you will be automatically redirected to the website of the Przelewy24 system to finalize the transaction. The system allows payment by credit card or a quick transfer from most Polish banks.
Card transactions are possible with Visa and MasterCard. In case of payment with a card registered in a foreign bank, the Przelewy24 system will convert the order value from PLN to a given currency during the transaction.

The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Customer who has concluded a contract remotely or off-premises, may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs (except for direct costs of sending back the Goods).
The 14-day period for termination shall commence, in the case of a Sales Agreement, from taking possession of the Goods by the Customer or a third party indicated by him or her, other than the carrier.

The Customer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to the Seller. The declaration can be made on the form, the specimen of which is attached as Attachment No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions or under the link “Specimen withdrawal form”. This does not restrict the right of the Client to make any other unequivocal statement, in which he informs about his decision to withdraw from the contract.

If the Customer makes a statement of withdrawal by e-mail, the statement should be sent to the following address: laboratorium@bosqie.com. If the Customer makes a declaration of withdrawal in writing, the declaration should be sent to the address: Bosqie Sp. z o.o. Zamkowa 23 Street, 11-600 Węgorzewo. In order to keep the 14-day withdrawal period, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.

The Seller shall immediately confirm to the Customer by e-mail (provided when concluding the Sales Agreement) the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.

In the case of withdrawal from a remote contract, the contract is considered unconcluded. The Seller shall be obliged to promptly, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Client’s statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Client all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the Goods. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Client, unless the Client has expressly agreed to a different method of refund, which does not involve any costs for him.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Client until it receives the Goods back.

The Client shall be obliged to return to the Seller the returned Goods or to transfer the Goods to a person authorized by the Seller for collection immediately, however, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement. In order to meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send back the Goods before its expiry. Please pack and secure the returned Goods so that they are not damaged in transport.

The Customer shall bear only direct costs of returning the Goods.

The Customer shall bear responsibility for diminished value of the item resulting from using it in a manner exceeding the scope necessary to ascertain the character, features and functioning of the item.

BOSQIE additionally guarantees 100% satisfaction of the purchased goods. The customer can unpack and check the product. In the case of resignation or dissatisfaction with the received goods, we guarantee a refund of the costs incurred (except for the direct cost of sending the Goods back). However, the returned product should not show significant wear and tear.

In accordance with Article 38 of the Act of 30 April 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely does not apply to the Consumer in relation to contracts:

1) for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has performed the service in full with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the performance, that after the performance by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

2) in which the subject of the supply is a thing not prefabricated, produced according to consumer specifications or used to meet his individual needs;

3) in which the subject of the performance is an item that deteriorates rapidly or has a short shelf life;

4) in which the subject matter of the performance is an item supplied in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery

5) in which the subject of the performance are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparable from other things.
